If there’s a serious issue in your life (including Covid) and can’t get to Lombok, we hold your booking with no penalties for another time. You can choose the time within 12 months, subject to normal room availabilities. If you tell us late (less than 1 week before the booked arrival time), we deduct 20% of your payments.
